Breakfast

Our sumptuous breakfast buffet in a stylish ambience ensures a perfect start to your day. The focus is not only on the variety but also on the first class and organically grown regional products.  The milk comes from Breisgau cows and the bread buns from a Freiburg baker. All sausage products are made of meat from species-appropriate breeding by a Freiburg butcher’s shop. Even the breakfast eggs come from free-range husbandry from the Sonnen-Hof in the nearby Hartheim and the honey and the jam come from the Black Forest.

Biker welcome!

The fact that the Black Forest is well known for its nice tours among cyclists and motorcyclist makes our hotel very popular with bikers/cyclists. And this not only because of the nice rooms. Their bikes are also treated well: they are parked safely and dry in the closed courtyard or in a single garage. They bikes or motorbikes may be washed in the courtyard and the clothing may be aired in the drying room.

A cosy place for dogs

Loriot (a famous German writer, movie directer and artist) said once, that life is possible without a dog, but without sense. Your dog is a highly welcomed guest at our hotel. Your darling enjoys a special treatment by a small suprise and many nice places to prominade.

The Lounge - a special service for our guests

It is the ideal place to read the newest newspaper we provide you with. Or what's about a chat with a fresh made coffee or team. This space to relax is next to our reception and offers free newspapers, insider tipps for activities and tours all over Freiburg and the Black Forest. Durthermore you find an internet terminal with a printer free of charge.
